This Site is operated by Yashashvi Pattnaik (sole proprietor), trading as "Breza", based in India.

To use this Site and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

All products on Breza are made-to-order via print-on-demand. Each product is manufactured after you place your order, so there may be a short production time before dispatch (see our Shipping Policy for details).

We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue products at any time.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but the price displayed at the time of your order is the price you'll pay.

We accept payment only via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All payment information is handled securely by Razorpay; Breza does not store any payment details.

After payment is successful, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch if we detect fraud, an out-of-stock issue, or other reasonable cause. In such cases, you will be refunded in full.

All content on this Site — including designs, logos, images, text, and the "Breza" name — is the intellectual property of Yashashvi Pattnaik and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site
• Submit false or fraudulent orders
• Impersonate any person or entity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breza's total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
